Igqwetha Training Academy (Pty) Ltd No 2004/010167/07 (‘ITA’), based in Cape Town, South Africa, is a private educational initiative that provides practical legal training in conveyancing and property-related fields of law.  ITA is accredited with SASSETA.

We offer career-orientated courses and skills training to persons interested in conveyancing careers in law firms or who are employed in positions that require knowledge of property law and conveyancing. Our courses include:

• paralegal courses on conveyancing to prepare for/enhance careers in law firms;
• courses on conveyancing for role-players in the property industry, namely estate agents, bank employees, mortgage lenders and mortgage originators;
• courses aimed at preparing attorneys for the Conveyancing Admission exam;
• courses on the Financial Intelligence Centre Act for employees of banks, estate agents and law firms.
